Rosemary is known to bring calmness, mental clarity, release negative thoughts, promote confidence, invigorate the mind, uplift mood, and used for meditation. Rosemary has been used throughout history to promote healing, health, and to cleanse negative energies. Rosemary is also used to improve sleep. You can pull apart Rosemary or burn the bundle.

To burn Rosemary light the tip of the Rosemary and slowly rotate the flame for about 5-10 seconds to create a nice ember then gently blow out.  Rosemary tends to burn faster than other holistic bundles.  It is recommended to use a Abalone Shell or other fireproof bowl to collect the ashes.  You may open a window if needed.  Rosemary will naturally burn out on it's own and you can relight at your pleasure.
