Cedar has been used throughout history in rituals, ceremonies, cleansing negative energies, and for blessings. Cedar is also used to kill harmful bacteria, improve sleep, alleviate anxiety, and stress. You can pull apart Cedar or burn the bundle.

To burn Cedar light the tip of the Cedar and slowly rotate the flame for about 10 seconds to create a nice ember then gently blow out. It is recommended to use a Abalone Shell or other fireproof bowl to collect the ashes. You may open a window if needed. Cedar will naturally burn out on it's own and you can relight at your pleasure.
