Words Have Meaning

Let your words have meaning. If you don't want to commit then dont agree to be a part. Don't say what you think someone wants to hear instead of being honest. Your words have weight attached to them in addition to responsibilities that others are dependent upon. The truth holds more value than a lie, that will most likely be exposed at some point. Let others know they can count on you as you attend all your commitments or communicate otherwise due to unforeseen circumstances. Let others know they can come to you for your honest response instead of their ego being fed with surface remarks. The importance of your words can have a lasting impact on others so let your words have meaning.
