Today may not be your strongest day. Your mood isn't elevated, your outlook isnt bright, and you just want to lay in bed and hide under the covers. Yet you have to get the kids up for school, make the commute to work, get through your workday, as you tirelessly make your way home, and enter into your evening home shift. Wishing all the while you could just go to bed and sleep this irritability and far from rational mood away. You're in motion but yet so far distant. The routine of your daily life leaves you unfulfilled. You just feel over it as you crave something new yet your "stuck" where you are as to change your routine would require many adjustments. How can you gain fulfillment and not create a shift in your household let alone a shift within? You think about what it is you want and clearly identify what you want to accomplish. You explore the area by gaining knowledge by talking with others that have expertise, conducting online research, and if possible scheduling time to volunteer. Then you formulate a plan based on your resources and supports, needed resources, and then you develop a realistic timeline for moving into your goal. By taking time to think a major change over you develop a plan. Keep in mind plans don't always go accordingly so be prepared for last minute changes as adaptation will be crucial in your completion of your goal. You don't have to maintain an unfulfilling lifestyle as you have the ability to make a choice to move towards change.
