Self-Care is instrumental in your daily routine. You have to take care of yourself! Tiredness, feeling worn down, exhaustion, being grouchy, irritable, frustrated, frequently feeling not yourself, having the sniffles, body aches, lacking cheer, negativity, and etc. are just some of the signs of self-neglect by not practicing Self-Care. Self-Care is what you do for yourself that encourages relaxation, peace of mind, rejuvenation, comfort, renewal, and joy. A spa day, foot rub, massage, bath, sauna, hot tub, manicure, visit to the hair salon, swimming, taking a vacation, and meditation are just some of the ways that you can practice Self-Care. Think of ways to incorporate Self-Care into your daily routine. The more you practice Self-Care the more at ease you will be in your daily life.
