What does silence mean to you? Do you feel compelled to criticize prior to complementing? Do you feel it's necessary for you to compliment then complain or judge? The negativity that pours out of your mouth can be halted with silence. Your negative feedback isn't needed as it serves no purpose. Most don't want to hear your commentary, and some may not even want your tainted compliments. Your words have power, your words can hurt, and you can choose to use your words to inspire or irritate. Maybe no one has told you this before, or maybe you know and haven't put this perspective into action. Be kind and be silent if your breath is poison. The truth is as hard as you make it out to be. We all need wake up calls to help us on our journey.

Peace, Blessings, Love and Light
