Overcoming Fear

Fear finds its way into our most happiest of times. We get a new job and were excited and here comes fear to tell us that we won't be able to keep up with our job duties or our coworkers don't like us. So we avoid voicing our ideas and place limits on our ability to contribute. We buy a car wither used or new and fear that the insurance will be to high or what if we need a repair that we cant afford thus stealing our sense of accomplishment. We have a baby and are overjoyed at our bundled blessing yet we fear that we wont be a good parent or be able to provide as we view the costs of raising a child. The number of ways that fear creeps into our minds are all to common as we go about our daily activities and make decisions throughout our day. The ability to recognize when fear is speaking and disregard it takes initiative and self-awareness. When fear creeps in and the negative thoughts begin to start breathe in and exhale and regroup. Ask yourself is this thought coming from a place of positivity and peace. If not then its time to dive deep into the positive thoughts and reframe the negative. I'm thankful for my new job and I have a lot that I will bring to the organization as I work well with others. I'm fortunate to have a vehicle in order for me to get to the places that I need to go without having to wait on anyone else, and I will maintain my vehicle by performing recommended services as suggested. I am blessed to be able to extend my family and I will do my best one day at a time with the information and supports that I have to raise my baby into a more amazing adult. Its time to reframe your thinking and live more positively and see what a difference this can make!

Peace, Blessings, Love, and Light
