Overcome The Urge

You don't have to know the details as you can listen and provide support with the information provided. You don't have to partake in conversations about others affairs. Limit knowing the details unless it pertains to you, and even then limit it some more. Sometimes knowing too much causes issues or is damaging. Take a moment and think before asking questions. Overcome the Urge and say "it's not my business" and move on.
