Obstacles Are Lessons

We choose what we perceive as obstacles because we are the ones who identify an obstacle as an obstacle. We can begin to dig deeper if we look at what we face with a clear mind and openness. We can work towards the root of what is challenging us. In doing so, we learn more about the areas we have kept hidden, suppressed, rejected, and tried to avoid. Therefore we have work to do as we process our feelings, thoughts, and habits. We learn about our interactions, opinions, and actions. Obstacles lead to change within our being, which changes our perceptions. Obstacles do not have to remain obstacles if we use their areas of opportunity and growth.
