As we grow and evolve we no longer do things that we thought were needed or once served to be productive in providing us with what we wanted at the time. Thus we change as we become more conscious of our time, have different responsibilities, and develop new wants and needs. That part of our journey ultimately changes us as we move into the next stage. Sometimes we change the people that we are around because we've recognized that we've given in excess of ourselves where others only took, we allowed others to mistreat us, we no longer enjoy the negative company or vibes from others who always have something negative to say, or we outgrown others as they remain stagnant and we're moving forward. Whatever the circumstances we move from the familiar into unfamiliar territory. For some this territory may include increased time of solitude, becoming more in touch with nature or spirituality, spending more time with family, engaging in activities that bring joy, trying new hobbies, traveling and exploring various cultures and environments, actively pursuing a goal, or many other ways we decide to individually enter our next stage. We are evolving or we should be evolving and if we're not evolving then why are we remaining in the same place? As we get older we change what we used to enjoy in our teens or twenties isn't something that we necessarily continue to enjoy in our 30s or 40s and so on. We are impacted by what's going on in the world whether we choose to agree or disagree. For some this may mean a change in location, job, or decreases and increases in a variety of daily activities. Overall we change as our perspectives shift. Throughout these circumstances we have to cope and thus change when we face the death of a loved one, or even those unknown as we process the fact that life has no guarantee. For some this may be a struggle as we learn who we are after the shifts and awareness we've grown through, and for others it's a smooth transition. We all proceed at our own pace as there is no one guide that dictates how we accept change. This all then leads to how others will perceive or accept the newest version of you, which will once again lead to change based on your boundaries. Change will come for most, and how you accept and initiate change is your decision. Welcome to the newest version of self!

Peace, Blessings, Love and Light
