Is who you are different based on who you are around or where you are at? How many versions of yourself are out there? Do you put on or put up with to impress or to feel as though you are accepted? How can you really be accepted if you hide who you truly are by creating a time and place persona? It's one thing to be professional on the job, however when professionalism creates a whole new identity in order to feel like you belong you'll find that you never will. When being a member of a group requires that you conform to the same ideas then your a follower and withholding your ability to lead. Whenever you feel the need to hide who you are from others out of shame, self-hatred, and inferiority in order to be included your creating discord within. The need to put on acts in order to meet others expectations is self-neglect. If we are created to be the same then we would not have been given different personalities, thoughts, mindsets. If all we had to give was a mirror of someone elses perspectives then how could we ever contribute? When we wear masks we dont give others the option to know us for who we truly are thus not allowing others to make a personal decision. Today is the day to remove the mask and get to know who you are as an individual, and then stand bold and confident as you allow others to have the opportunity to get to know you genuinely.
Peace, Blessings, Love and Light
