Learning to love yourself it's frankly easier said than done. Moving forward with self-love requires you to break your addiction with your negative self-evaluation. It's beneficial to acknowledge that you need to improve how you view and treat yourself, and additionally how you prefer to be portrayed. Self-love encompasses how you view yourself and then speak the thoughts, such as fat, skinny, ugly, to dark, to light, small in the wrong places, large in the wrong places, big nose, big eyes, small nose, small eyes, large forehead, no hairline, and the list goes on and on when referencing appearance. This also includes the thoughts held about self lazy, stupid, dumb, foolish, crazy, mean, idiot, useless, a waste of life, not good enough, and etc. Additionally it includes how we characterize ourselves to others by putting down what we have accomplished, using words to minimize progress, and belittling yourself as your not open to receiving a compliment. During these times you may say phrases such as "my little", "it would, could, should have been", "don't mind my", " I don't really", "are you sure", "I tried but", and "this old" are some of the words that proceed a negative comment. Most times all that was needed was to say "Thank You" and for you to enjoy the moment. What you have done, are doing, and plan to do are accomplishments to be proud about without always centering on the negative possibilities. Self-love begins with self-acceptance which encourages positive self-talk and self-care. By loving who you are and what makes you your unique self, while nurturing all of those components you enhance your self-worth. You won't accept any less than you desire and when speaking about yourself you'll have nothing but positive aspects to focus on. Self-love is a process, however when you refocus your negative thoughts when they attempt to occur and replace them with positive words only greatness within will follow. Don't be so hard on yourself when you make a mistake just make it up to yourself with positive self-talk and extra self-care!

Peace, Blessings, Love and Light
