Identity

In a world where everywhere you turn is a message of who you should be like, how you should look, what you need to have, what you should be doing, and where you need to go can cause doubt with where you are. Who you are is not based on being like others as if you would fit in and not stand out in your own light. How you should look should not be based on a one image fits all platform as you were made in a unique image to set you apart. What you have does not matter when all you have is material possessions without any real connections that add value to your life. What you should be doing is based on others interests and doesn't help you explore your inner desires. Where you need to go is only taking you away from where you should be as a temporary distraction that wont support you reaching your own goals. There are so many messages that aim to persuade you to be anything but who you are as if something is wrong with your being an individual. Be true to self and if being who you are is in conflict with what the mass media messages state then your right where you belong!
