Brave Face

When we're at home with our families we hide how we feel from our children as if one or two emotions are all they know us to have. Life happens and that's not to say that we overburden or over share with our children, however it's to become more aware of the fact that we teach them that it's more than acceptable and normal to experience a variety of emotions. We show them strength, courage, resilience, faith in our ability to change our moods into a positive perspective. We can share with our children how we feel as we deem appropriate for their age and additionally explain to them how we grow through our situations. There is no one manual that provides the rules to parenting. Many personal areas impact the way in which we raise our children and what we feel is appropriate or not as is our rights as parents. As loving, caring for, and providing for our children is priority in their healthy development. This is in no way meant to be a fact that if you do or don't remove your "brave face" that you are doing something wrong and negative results will follow. This is meant to provide another learning opportunity that we can have with our children, and pressures we can remove from ourselves when we are seen without our "brave face".
Peace, Blessings, Love and Light
