Your home and finally having a moment to relax and unwind after a strenuous day. The chair is comfy, your slippers are warm, as your bath continues to fill. Then the doorbell rings and you debate answering the door because you weren't expecting company. Who could it be that wants to distract you as they've picked the wrong timing. The nerve of someone showing up unannounced. You're not in the mood for nonsense, or being bothered. You're annoyed now, frustrated that you can't get a moment to yourself. The doorbell rings again and you're now boiling with irritation. You weigh your options, could you act as if you weren't home, what loe could you create. Should you answer the door with an attitude and yell at your unwelcome guest. You're confused and as you continue to way your options you recall you never turned your bath water off. You think your night couldn't possibly get any worse, and you storm to the door angry and ready to argue. You open the door and no one's there. You rush angrily to the bathroom to tackle your overfilled tub mess. Hoping nothing has been damaged too bad. You're fearful of the damage, how irresponsible you've been. You're tired and overwhelmed. Yet thinking it's unbelievable that whomever it was showed up uninvited and had the nerve to leave before you got to tell them off. Your heart is beating so fast and you're anxious as you enter the bathroom all to realize the water was never turned on. This is the power of your mind. Your thoughts impact your overall wellbeing as you are what you think, what you think is what you become.
